Sponsorship and Engagement Opportunties
The NorCalCyber Mayors Cup is your chance to give back to your community and to help our emerging cybersecurity workforce. This event greatly benefits our K-14 students in Northern California. Below are some opportunities to contribute:
Consider providing a financial contribution that will sponsor a team in the 2024 NorCalCyber Mayors Cup. Your support will provide students the opportunity to learn about cybersecurity and develop relevant skills needed in our local workforce. Although you might consider a donation that fits in one of the three tiers described below, contributions of any amount are welcome. This is a tax-deductible contribution that will be recognized by the Sacramento County Office of Education Board.

Other Ways to Engage
Social Media Promotion: Share posts on your organization's LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram pages about the NorCalCyber Mayors Cup. This media kit has some content that may be helpful when creating your posts.
Internships: Offer a few students an opportunity to work this summer at your organization. Let us help you promote it! Remember, it does not have to be solely focused on cyber. Soft skills are extremely important for future cyber professionals. By working with your organization, they may grow rapidly over the summer break! Remember a hand-up, not a handout.
Raffle Prizes: Raffle prizes help build engagement during our Live@5 presentations. They may be branded items, gift cards, or other items that you may be able to contribute. You may also send items that will be distributed during the actual competition on Saturday, April 27th.
